Strengthening Global Collaboration: SAT Training with Our Korean Partner

Our headquarters became a hub of international collaboration. We had the pleasure of welcoming our partner KMi System from South Korea for an intensive training led by our SAT experts. The visit reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that every customer — no matter where they are in the world — receives the highest standards of technical expertise, service, and support.

Building Knowledge to Serve Customers Better

The main goal of this program was clear: equip the KMi team with the technical knowledge and autonomy needed to confidently implement Cinergia’s solutions in the Asian market. Over the course, the training focused on enabling them to handle product commissioning, respond to customer technical queries, and provide rapid, high-quality support for any issues. To achieve this, we designed a comprehensive journey covering hardware, software, applications, and functionalities — ensuring KMi left with a 360° understanding of our product ecosystem.

Theoretical Foundations

Training started with the theoretical side, giving the KMi engineers a strong foundation in our solutions’ functionalities and control modes. Sessions explored the wide range of capabilities offered by Cinergia’s systems, such as:

  • AC Grid Simulation (GE) and Electronic Load (EL) applications

  • Compliance testing based on IEC 61000 standards

  • DC battery testing and emulation

  • PV (photovoltaic) emulation for renewable energy scenarios

These modules sparked insightful discussions and questions from KMi’s engineers, highlighting their strong technical background and keen interest in understanding how Cinergia’s solutions align with real-world applications in their market.

Hands-On Experience

Theory quickly gave way to practice. After an introductory session on safety and electrical risk management, it essential for working confidently with Cinergia’s systems — KMi moved into a hands-on program using real equipment.

The practical training included:

  • Familiarization exercises with the full range of Cinergia products.

  • Simulated incident troubleshooting, where teams diagnosed issues and restored equipment to operational status.

  • Step-by-step scenarios are designed to mirror challenges they might encounter with customers in the field.

This practical component not only strengthened technical know-how but also built confidence, ensuring that KMi can independently manage troubleshooting and service in their own market.

Collaboration and Synergies

One of the highlights of the session was the ease of collaboration. The exchange was marked by open communication, mutual respect, and strong technical alignment. Our SAT experts noted how smooth knowledge transfer took place, thanks to KMi’s professionalism and high technical expertise. This synergy made the training process dynamic and productive, laying the groundwork for an even stronger partnership.

Looking Ahead

The training concluded with a comprehensive review of Cinergia’s product portfolio and applications, leaving KMi fully prepared to introduce, implement, and support Cinergia’s technology in South Korea and beyond.

Of course, this is only the beginning. The collaboration will continue with remote follow-ups, ongoing technical exchanges, and potential future visits to reinforce expertise as our product lines evolve.

Closing Thoughts

At Cinergia Power Solutions, we believe that empowering our partners is the best way to empower our customers. This training week with KMi System was a milestone in building trust, capability, and shared ambition for the future.
